Company Profile
We are established in 2013 with registered capital of 100 million yuan. The total investment is 1.324 billion yuan, covering an area of 318.8 acres. It has more than 180 employees, including 46 undergraduates and professional technicians, located in the world famous cultural city - Pingyao Ancient City and has world leading techniques of papermaking to produce the environment-friendly stone paper. It has 15 production lines to produce the thin paper and 10 production lines to produce the thick paper, with an annual output of 120, 000 tons.
Stone paper project adopts the world leading environmentally friendly papermaking technology with calcium carbonate stone as main raw materials and HDPE and various inorganic salts as ingredients. It is a non-polluting green environmental protection project for the production process does not consume any water and forest resources and does not produce waste gas and residue, and the product is degradable. Compared with traditional papermaking process, the annual output of 120, 000 tons of environmentally-friendly paper can save 24 million cubic meters of fresh water resources and 2.4 million trees per year, equivalent to 324, 000 mu of afforestation.
We mainly produces three series of papers: RP thin paper, RB thick paper and ST synthetic thick sheet. The products can be used as cultural paper, industrial paper, packaging paper, household paper and other aspects for its advantages such as tear resistance, folding resistance, waterproof, moisture proof, mildew proof, chemical non-toxic, degradable, and can directly contact food etc. At present, the products have passed the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) certification, EU RoHS, REACH and GB9685, GB11680 and other domestic and foreign related testing and certification. The company also passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and has won the award of the Top 100 Innovation SME of China, AAA Enterprise of Quality, Service and Credit, the Certificated Supplier of China Manufacturing Network, Chinese overseas' contribution of innovation and other honorary titles, and was awarded by Jinzhong Administration for Industry and Commerce with the title of "Contract-honoring and Credit-keeping" enterprise.
